Replicated Reality Provides a Framework for a Student-Centered Classroom
Through the R
2 framework, students are able to engage in a collaborative, community-based setting that mimics much of what they will encounter in the world outside the classroom. From peer-review assignment ability to group engagement tools for projects and presentation, the classroom module is full of opportunity to promote social learning and student-centered instruction.
Through our banking and real estate units, students are equipped to make decisions about their own finances - from choosing jobs and income, deciding where they want to "live" and how these decisions affect their everyday life. We encourage students to work together to solve real-life problems in their virtual world. We provide the tools to help you guide your students as they work through the decisions they make and the "lives" they choose.
Through the R
2 community, we encourage you and your student to interact and engage with the community as a whole. In the beginning, we will be offering the abilty to contribute daily challenge ideas and job board ideas to earn classroom reward points. We aim to increase this one way contribution to open and safe engagement with other schools and classrooms in the R
2 community for project collaboration, research and a variety of other opportunities.
